:Dhiya all, great site by the way..................... so back pain. yes we all know about this.................... [:@] k i got attacked last yeah and was left with severe back pian to the pint that i could'nt walk for more than 5 minutes or lift even as much as a kettle.. However i became a born again christian and my church went to a big healing meeting as there was a big healer in town.. i sat there in total [pain while the phrofet was busy healing the deaf and blind (which it did ) my pastor said "woman dont be sat there in pain, get up there and get healed". so i did. i got healed. have had no back pain since.miracle?? i thought so....... so go see a healer all you pepole, they are great.......... recently though a different back pain has appeared, not sure but i think they call it the coxic bone???? anyway it the very base of my spine.. just slightly to the left of the bone.. very sore...i have a crap mattress, would this be the problem?? i will be going to the next healing session...........

Have you ever though of alternative medicine in resetting your dislocated and / or your pinched nerves in your back. Most of the time, nerves are dislocated and / or pinched in the back.

Like joe said. The reason for pain is most often pinched nerves. Get them corrected.

A bad matteress will not help with your back problems. Im getting a new bed in the next couple of weeks because if i lay on my sofa,quite firm cushions, im ok but as soon as i lay on my old,soft, matteressim in instant pain again. Ive seen the Tempur matteress advertised on the tv as being excellant for your back but when ive spoken to people about them they all say they are great when new but 6 months later you need to buy a new one because of how soft and unsupporting it goes. Ive had no personal experiance with them and im sure some people will say how good they are for your back, but atleast this gives you a different view on them in you decide to get a new matteress before you spend a fortune on them.

Slightly 'off topic' but badmattresses do add to back problems!! - Tempur mattresses - some8 years ago, my parents invested in one. My father loved it, but my mother ended up sleeping in the spare bed, as whenever she had a hot flush, the tempurbed practically went up in flames! My father noticed it became 'uncomfortable' after about a year - he ended up in the spare bed as well! It cost abomb, and ended up un-used fora couple ofyears. When my mother died, and the house was sold and emptied, we tried to give the beds to a 'homeless rehoming' organisation, they would not take the Tempur mattress!!
