I've been insured with them for the last two years. They've always been very quick to respond when I've contacted them but I've never had to claim so I can't say what they'd be like in that event.

Holistic Insurance are renowned insurers, I have been with them for a couple of years now , they are effective in communication and I believe they respond in the same way when it comes to a claim, I have not had a claim from them so far.
