sensations in lower chakras

hi guys

i am new in this forum and also in reiki. i am in the level 1 of reiki and when i do my auto reiki, while from the crown chakra to the heart chakra i almos have no sensations, frm the solar plexus to the root chakra i feel those zones very hot. my hands don't get worm or cold, just the chakras of those areas. what does it mean? should i work more on the upper chakras to feel warm or the lower to "cool down" ?

Don't worry. It's all good. People need to understand nature of energy. If you do that you will find your only participation is in intention and allowing it to move. There is not a lot of information needed. Just stay open to whatever the energy is doing. You don't need to work on any chakras either...they don't need opening, activating or cleaning.

i was worried about the sensations i felt in my body that i didn't understand.
when i give reiki to another person, besides in concentrate in the intention should i also concentrate in my hands to note any reactions?
is that not a way of knowing what areas need more attention?

Hi Hugo
Intention forms in heart. Noting reactions responses, energy flow etc should happen in a loose and natural manner. In allowing energy to do what she wants, you may find your hand just goes to where it is needed. Getting out of your own way is the only knack worth learning when dealing with energy. Rest is Ego-fuss.
