Edit. I can't see anything against your profile. It usually happens if someone has a warning flagged against them, but there doesn't appear to be any against yours, unless it's another of the moderator functionality that's gone missing with the change.
Hopefully [USER=1]@puneetk[/USER] can take a look and sort it for you.

There seems to be something amiss/inaccurate with New Posts. It is registering as the latest new post was yesterday but, when I click on recent posts, it gives the up to date situation i.e. posts made today! Shouldn't this be the other way round - with recent posts maybe showing yesterday's post and the New posts showing what is now under the recent posts?
New posts shows you threads where there are posts you have not read - regardless of the day. Once you have visited the thread, it drops off the New Posts list unless further posts are made to that thread.
Recent Posts shows all recent threads regardless.

For some reason |M<ozilla Firefox wouldn't let me post so I had to change to chrome which lets me?

The change seems to have become fairly routine now. I have a curious question,wonder if somebody can shed light on it?
The chat tab- what is that facility? Chatting to other members, admin about website problems or something else?

The Chat facility is a live chat with HP's admin, so it'll only be there when they're online. Mike put it up so people could contact them with any issues. Whether it'll remain a permanent feature, I don't know.

I suppose I should point out that whilst I show as "Staff Member" against my profile, I'm not someone who can be contacted via the Chat facility. Best to just consider me a regular member with special powers. 😀
