Is your therapy room also your sanctuary?

I have one room that I work in - both the office kind of work & seeing clients in, but I'm finding it harder to do the 'me' things in there and my meditations are not as I would like them to be. Do any of you have suggestions to help please?

You could move the office stuff to another room, or take a small space of another room as your sanctuary area.. I presume NOT working from home is not an option , and probably buying a bigger house (so you can have 2 rooms) is also not an option!

I have a office and sometimes work from home..I find doing a cleansing is really helpful.
