That's unusual, they're usually very good at sorting things out when you phone up - but maybe they were busier than usual.
It's less likely you'll get any response at the weekend, but if I ping [USER=1197]@Mike[/USER] and [USER=5214]@Sue[/USER] then maybe one of them will come here and see this message and be able to help.

If we don't hear anything within a few days here, then I'll contact them direct and see if I get any further.

I joined Healthy pages on, Wednesday, filled in my information, paid the Premium of £5.00 and then had a message to say something went wrong. The only thing in my profile is my photo! I have searched to try and edit but can't find anything, neither can I add the deleted information. I rang Healthy Pages but only spoke to a receptionist who said someone would get back to me, they didn't. ARGH!!! can someone please help???

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have just looked into your account. To add your premium listing, please go to "Dashboard" page from top right navigation and then click "Click here to get listed" button. It won't ask you to pay again as you have already paid for the listing.

Once your listing is approved by one of our moderators, it will appear on our website.
