Oh dear, we lose an hour's beauty sleep this weekend as BST starts on Sunday. 😀 Just a short reminder to put the clocks forward one hour on Sunday.;)
BST- Sunday March 28th 01:00 GMT until Sunday October 31st 01:00 GMT
Note: Daylight Saving Time, or British Summer Time in the UK, occurs at 1am GMT. DST or BST first began in 1916 with a mandate from parliament.
I'm looking forward to warmer days too. Lol.
Every year as long as I can remember, there's been a strong lobby to stay on BST, hmmm well I'm over 50 now... will there be another this... well I'm sure there will 😉
Myarka.
I also wish it would stay on BST. My mum used to say the same until she moved to the Isle of Man, so it's probably just us Southerners that want it.
I love it when the clocks go forward! Light evenings, hurrah!!
I know it sounds strange, but it makes the day feel a bit longer when we have light nights again.

I wish I'd red this post on Saturday. I completely forgot about the clocks and turned up to mothers for Sunday lunch an hour late, needless to say she was not impressed [blush]. However, so glad the night's are finally lighter, you're right Angel, it does make the days feel longer :). Anna x
I have a british summer time cold, not one during the freezing cold winter but bang as soon as british summer time hits I get one
I agree with Angel, The day feels longer now. Setting clocks forward an hour will mean that we get the satisfaction of an extra hour come autumn! :p
