What do you think is going to happen now that the jury has failed to reach a verdict?

There will be a re-trial staring on Monday i think.
It is almost unbelievable that a jury cannot agree a verdict after a trial that only lasted 3 days - and the 10 questions they asked the judge were extraordinary - especially the one about could they take into account something NOT presented in the trial for which there was no evidence. I really wonder what is going on.........
