Hi all,

A Chinese mancalled Yang Yang, who has mastered the Chen style taijiquan (you may know of him?) released a book a while ago, and I have just brought it. And let me tell you this is one for the collection - it is truly wise collaboration, written in a very deep and explanatory way, yet easy to understand for any level practitioner. The book leaves no nagging questions (all is explained). The book (about200 pages) is coherently written, in a way which leaves things following onvery seamlessly form chapter to chapter. It is totally captivating and defiantly worthy of a place in any serious, or even inept, practitioners bookshelf.

This book is a concise bibliography of nearly all that you would need to know about the history, theory and pragmatic and abstract principles of taijiquan. It is an unquestionably good book. No mysticism included, it is all down to earth and comes from the mind of a true master, not some 'cowboy' impostor(as the majority are - unfortunately)–all can all take a leaffrom this book, which would benefit us greatly.

Yang Yang has trained with numerous masters and has made a rather reparable name for himself in America, and other places across the world. He has trained with the world famous Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang and other leading Chinese martial artist. He is a true patriarch to the philosophy of taijiquan, and dedicates most of his time to understanding the benefits and science behind taijiquan by using his various scholarly degrees to research taijiquan at Illinois University, America.

On one last note: if you do know of this man and have herd of his book but not brought it, and you study taijiquan, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, this is one title which all taijiquan practitioner’s cannot overlook – in my opinion all who practice taijiquan should own a copy of this – and if you do, then you would be all the better informed for it!
