Could I ask anyone please if they know if it is OK to ask Archangel Michael to cut etheric cords on behalf of other family members that are having conflicts with each other or between family members and dark entities that have been verified and witnessed to be bothering said family members? I have asked verbal permission from some of the people in question. But other times, not (but only a few times). Is this not a wise thing to request of AA Michael? I don't wish to be reckless or do something which would be counter to that souls growth, any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

I dont believe the universe / angels / guides etc would ever carry out a request on behalf of another that didnt serve the higher purpose. You may ask Archangel Michael your request but IMHO unless it serves the higher purpose it is unlikely your request will be carried out. All souls have free will but the universe supports them nonetheless until they are ready to return the thier higher consciousness. There are many ways we return to this level and sometimes this is through conflicts / percieved suffering. We do not always know the best route for others to follow other than trusting that every moment is perfect and as it should be.
Maybe you should offer your support in other ways?

I would have to agree with you, when I did that it was out of fear and frustration and it didn't feel entirely correct to do it. As you suggest, it might be wiser to offer protection in other ways.

Would you want someone else to interfere with the connections that you maintain? Each of us must make our own decisions. If you have spoken to these other people and they prefer to keep the ties, however painful, then you must honor their choices, as Spirit honors ours.
However, we have found that it can be quite effective to mentally ask that others be wrapped in a blanket of Love. In this way they can keep their choices but will move through the day more aware of Love and protected by it. Pure Love from Spirit is the one thing that is never rejected.
We ask for Love for you as well. Doing better lately?
