Hello all, I have taken this from my healing book and thought it would be nice to share for those that could do with some healing.
Your Healing Power by Jack Angelo.
Please read my other posting first..... Attuning to the source of healing.
(1)If you are in need of a healing tonic, fill a glass with water. Ideally this should be still spring water. Hold your palm over it, an inch or two from the surface. What do you experience?
(2)Ask for healing energy to be directed to the water. You may feel this energy being transmitted through you. If your palm tingles keep it there untill the tingling stops-- it's is charging the water.
(3)Once the water has been charged, drink it slowly, visualizing that you are sipping healing light. Make a note of your impressions. You may be aware of a faint colour, for example, or even a change in taste.
You can dowsed the gass of water to see the charge, and it will swing widely over the water.
Injoy the power of healing energys.

How interesting - I have just been reading about a Qi Gong master charging a cup of green tea and giving it to someone to heal their stomach problems!

Another wonderful technique is to label a bottle of water with the words Love or Perfection (thank you Kim Thomas) and say "I bless this water with love and perfection", you can also bless your bath water, the waters of rivers, seas, the list is endless.
Intent is the most important thing, know that if you set your intent to bless the water in your cup, that is what you are in effect doing, and the water will respond accordingly.

Hello Lightwinds,
I also was taught by Kim a few years ago how to energise water on one of her workshops. We all had a glass of ordinary tap water and all took a sip from it. Then we were told to hold our hand over the glass and send energy to the water. Once we felt the energy stop flowing we then tasted it and the difference was amazing. It tasted 'softer' not so 'jagged' as when it was tap water. We then experimented with new glasses of water and were told to energise with a particular colour and then see if the others could pick up on which colour they were drinking and everyone got it right!. I was so excited when I got home and demonstrated to my husband who was impressed (cynic that he normally is). My biggest test was with my Mother-in-law. She said it was absolute rubbish that anyone could change the taste of water by just using their hands. So in front of her I poured out two glasses of tap water . She drank one and then watched me energise the other and then I asked her to try it. She did and the look on her face was so worth it!!!. She had another sip from the plain water and then another from the energised and then very reluctantly confessed the energised tasted better!. Loved it!!.
I haven't done this for ages so it was great to be reminded that I could do this, thank you!

Oooh i tried this , this afternoon, sat in the garden, concentrated on the universal energy first then i felt my hand tingly as in Reiki and after i drank the water i looked up and there was a lilac/pink aura over the roof of the house and THE MOST beautifull cloud above it looked like a huge bird a griffin or a phoenix. then 2 mins later a hawk flew over,:)

You might be interested in the work of Dr Emoto, a Japanese scientist who studies water crystals formed in water from all over the world.

It is a very interesting subject, not least of all because like you all say, it does actually work!
Water has a memory, this is how homeopathy and flower essences work.
Our intent is 'remembered' by the water, and it is one of the things now scientifically proven by the work of Dr Emoto.

Hi Wendy. We learned about this on my Spiritual Healing course.
We were taught that you are bringing the energy of the water (or the food) up to your own energy and therefore your body gets more goodness from it. Our tutor on the course does it to all his food and drink.
We also discussed the power of the written word. He told us about writing a word such as 'love' on a piece of paper and putting it somewhere relevant.
The written word is very powerful and yes, it can be used in this way.

Hello Sharon, Dr. Emoto, his photos of water are very intresting and i have been reading about his experments, and the water patterns remind me of the Crop Circles. If you look at rekie,(well some don't use symbol now i've been told) they are symboles and water hold symbols and crop circle, and rainbows. It all divine Energy to be use, i feel. Even when jack frost comes....look how the window look full of patterns....but they dont stay long. Are we to use some of these symbols.

Hello candie, very intresting about written words, i do believe, that writting down of words is a good thing(will put some written word and symbol under Joshua pillow at night...i think.) Also im going to start to try healing energys more with Joshua's food and drinks.

Hi white_crow (allthough i have a feeling to call you.....white_eagle for some reason) maybe you got a Eagle around you at the moment.
I can understand what your saying about the suffering with animals before being killed......and it's good to bless all foods. Very intresting how you explain the spirits of the animals emotions......and it's sound so right. As in humans when they cross over in tragic ways....some spiritual mediums can feel that emotion they sufferd before they pass over to spirit world. But hey ...thank god we dont eat humans.:D
I find the rainbow energy very good....and i used this alot in my spiritual circle........before meditations. My guide gave me a lovely way of using this rainbow energy.

Hey lightwinds...I'm not sure what's going on here...but I'd asume that we are on simular spiritual paths.
An hour or two before I read your post, I was thinking about eagles and eagle feathers to use for clearings...I don't own one and they are also illegal to own in the u.s.
In addition, I was a tad skeptic of my user name...I felt there was a more appropriate name for me, but I chose white crow because of my love for crows and other reasons personal...sort of in such as being a rebel and spritualist that doesn't believe in religion ect. yet believes in white light ect..
I've only seen a crow mixed in colors of white and black before in person and it has had a huge impact on me.
Well, whoever you are... blessings to you (and everyone else that reads this) and may each of our jouneys reap upwards! You are amazing to me for I have not found anyone on the internet with so little I have read yet from one person...yet to find so much in common with!

Hello, White_crow, just a little about me. maybe its because we are Crow clan:)................im was born a spiritual medium......but dont atten any churches...i go to a friends spiritual center now and again, i dont do public readings......i just give my free time on this forum.
Also help in a spiritual circle. I also love Native American spirituality. Some people i just seem to connect to and maybe i can help them in someway...............it's seems to be my lifes path.
I believe from my heart that some peoples pathways are ment to cross because of the experiences we have to share together and then we move on are seperate journeys
