Does anyone here know anything about Shamanic reiki?
I would love to know more about this method and how to get started with it.
Also, what is the difference between 'normal' Reiki and the shamanic Reiki.

Hi, I have a book called Shamanic Reiki by LLyn Roberts and Robert Levy. I have started to read it, as yet I haven't put any of their suggestions into practice. I don't feel able to comment on it as at present I am continuting with Usui reiki. Might be of some use to you, especially if your local library could get it in for you.
Jim Pathfinder Ewing is a Shamanic Reiki practitioner. His website is www.blueskywaters.com and I think he's pretty good myself. I've got his book on Reiki Shamanism.

I have been attuned to a series of additional reiki channels, that in my opinion have no relation with traditional reiki practice.. There exist 12 channels, each being specific and used for specific cases.. there are Karmic, Satori, Healling Channel Joy Rey etc...
So, I wonder if this is what is called Shamanic Reiki? Becuase Satori channel that works with the removal and elmination of all kinds of curses, is conducted by way of shamanic methods.. Writing symbols from the back of the recepient and pronouncing the intentions to remove the curse from the recepient...
Anyone working with channels?
