I was attunded to Reiki 2 at the weekend and i have to complete case studies before i receive my certificate. I was wondering what kind of things i should include in the case studies or if i should use certain headings.

That's odd. If your RM requires you to provide case studies, they usually give you guidelines as to what is required content-wise.
Give your RM a call and ask what content they are expecting in the case studies, otherwise you could end up writing a whole book about each client unnecessarily. 😉

Was it not in your manual?
IMHO if it was not, your teacher should, at the very least, given you a handout on case studies. I would ask them for it if I was you.
If the teacher does not have any info, that, IMO is pretty poor.
Please try your teacher first and if you have no joy, PM me and I will send you the hand out I give out to my students for case studies.

No she didnt give any handouts outlining what was to be included and all it says in my manual is that she wants a 500 word case study for my clients
I would give her a call but she went to Italy on Sunday for two weeks and i wanted to start my case studies when they are still fresh in my mind.
