Just thought I would let you all know how I got on with my Reiki 1 attunement yesterday..... It was amazing !! 😀
My Reiki Master couldn't have fitted better. She was so welcoming & took her time going through everything and answering questions. (I felt so relaxed i didn't even have a panic attack!!! ;))
During the attunement I was tingling and could feel the heat. I also felt like someone was pulling me up by the top of my head - loved it! We then did the Hatsu Rei Ho, then had an empowerment...... I have never felt anything so strong in my life I could feel myself swaying at times & the heat! I couldnt believe how good i felt. [sm=FIFangel.gif]
Thank you to everyone (Holistic, Michelle, Purpose, Lynda) for all your kind words before Sunday, you really helped me get positive before I went & helped me believe in myself [sm=grouphug.gif]

i've got a list of friends & family who have asked for me to practice on them, so looks like i'll be kept nice & busy!!! i'm really looking forward to progressing with the self-healing - i've got quite a few hot spots [&:]:D
