This is a bit of an odd question but i am still pretty new to reiki and meditation and would really like others opinions.
Basically my daughter who is now 2yrs has seen this man in our house for about 8mths now and his name is harry. I have always thought i could sense a presence in my house and sometimes see a tall man shaped figure walking by my kitchen door. This has never really bother me until i started learning reiki. When i try to meditate i have to stop as i feel like i am going round in big circles.
But what really shocked me was when i sent a distance healing to a freind who has practised meditation for over 10yrs, got a visual of me doing my healing and she saw a dark figure running around me very quickly.
So my question "Is Harry really a spirit in my house or is he in my daughters imagination?"
Why does he always interfere when i try to meditate or do reiki?
Its a bit strange i know but any opinions or advice would be great. 🙂

Ask him if he is from the light. If not, ask your guides to take him away.

2 good questions to start with (your 2 above) and when you get a reply - don't doubt it! Trust your intuition and don't rely on what other think or feel.

Try using protection before you try anything like meditation visulise yourself enclosed in a cacoon of pure white light, and ask your guides to help you it seems that you have got a spirit in your house you can ask a medium to ask him what he wants, or a priest to bless your home.

The next time i try to meditate i will ask him what he wants? And ask him if he might be thinking about moving on to pastures new.

Hi wendy, I have only just read your post I was wondering how the "harry situation" was going:) I had similar experiences for many years and I am interested to hear how it is going for you
The situation woth Harry seems to have calmed now. I think his presence has gone from most of the rooms in my house except the living room. I gave each room a good clean and throw out anything that wasnt really needed and i used my reiki symbols in the room, burned some sage and asked him to leave. It seems to have worked everywhere but the living room cant get him to leave that room. x

What level Reiki do you have? If you are not already a Master, you may need to bring a Master in to use the Master symbol in your living room.
Also, have you asked your Reiki guides to help remove him?
Finally, have you asked him what he wants? Obviously when smudging leave a window open and ask him to go towards the light.
And be patient - he may not be ready to leave just yet.
