I bought something on ebay and when I unpacked the box I felt something 'slide' onto my shoulder. I have had this sensation before when I was given a gift from someone and had an 'energy' removed by a therapist I know, but she is out of the country at the moment. I need to get my aura fixed - I'm certain that negative emotions I've experienced after a break up have caused my aura some damage, so I have some protection issues. I am a sensitive, so can feel energy around me, on me, etc.
I have tried commanding it to leave, asking Archangel Michael and using Theta healing, without success so far.
Can anyone here clear my aura of these types of energies and mend my aura distantly?

I have heard that epsom salt baths are helpful . I have occasionally had the sense of unwelcome energies within my energy fields . These sensations have never lasted more than a day or two and has only happened a handful of times .
What is also helpful is using sound . I have crystal singing bowls and chakra healing pipes and the sound vibrations break up unwanted energies within and around one's energy fields .
It can to an extent all depend on what is in/of the unwanted energy .
It sounds crazy lol but my auntie had an energy of a heron in her aura once which caused her some unusual difficulties, for some reason it had situated it's self in the region of a past broken shoulder that she had . I am not saying the Heron was negative, it might of been helping in some way but the feelings felt by my aunties were in essence alien to her giving the impression that the energy was negative . .

Thank you for your advice. I've just had a sea salt bath and used some Dea Sea scrub too. Hopefully, I'm all clear. 🙂

No probs .
Also shaking the body helps . . You look kinda silly doing it 😀 but there is a lot to shaking your body (not too violently) .. Also certain crystals (black tourmaline amethyst) are good and burning sage ..
Lots you can do even placing mirrors around you in your mind can help .

Believe it is only fear. Cold is the absence of heat. Darkness is the absense of light. Cold is not bad neither is darkness. Black is for death in some cultures and white is for death in some cultures.
Fill yourself with light when you give gratitude. Just give graitude. You don't need to ask for anything. The universe knows what you need. When you are filled with light...that is what will be there.
Believe that there is dis ease, dis funtion and darkness. Replace them with that which comes from the source and believe anything else is just fear.
It's called an intrusion. See a shamanic practitioner - any one who is any good will have dealt with many such.
