Another email sent to me regarding healing via spirit communication .

Spirit Healing.

Spirit (Unknown): Good evening.

I am here as an advocate for many thousands of spirit people, and what we wish to discuss is a subject that is probably close to your hearts, and that is what you call ‘spirit healing’.

Now we would like you to know that there are literally thousands of us who are only too willing to help. We come as experienced healers (when we were on earth), and we vary considerably from those who have just arrived here a short time ago, men and women, who are well experienced as you would say, in your present medical practices.

But people have been practising medicine for hundreds, thousands of years and not just Europeans. The witch doctor with his bones and his skins, and all the unusual equipment that he has was still practising in his way, medicine, and for the people he was attending it was the right medicine. And there are those people here today who can help those that still think in that manner.

We have the Taoist who helps people who believe in the elements, because much of this my friend, the healing, is a matter of mind.
Now your job as a medium for healing, and all of the many people who could do this, is merely to act as a messenger.

When people are sick, very often they have such a cloud of despair, despondency, around them that it makes it difficult for us to be aware of anything other than this cloud of despondency. But you people, and you don’t have to be sitting in a circle to do this, can picture the person in your mind. We then pick it up if there is someone who is compatible with you, and that tells us that that person is in need of help.

Now your efforts can be very wide. You probably don’t realise just how far your ability in informing us can be spread, for example, owing to the technology that you now have in many parts of the world, you see on your screens events and things that are happening currently, and you see people who are distressed and in need of help. If you see one and it impresses your mind, just picture that person in your mind and quietly ask for help for them, because we may not know until you tell us.

Remember all the time that you are not healers, but people who sit for healing have a compassion for their fellow man and are willing to give the time to act as couriers so that we may receive the message – and there are many of us of every race, and creed who are only too willing, to help those whom our particular abilities are capable of helping. As you no doubt know this applies also to animals, because there are many people who love them, love them dearly and wish them too to be healed.
But when we speak of healing you must understand, that that may not always be possible - but at least we can give comfort and help if they are to come to us, or at least lighten their burden if they are to remain on earth.

Sometimes the illness, the suffering they may be going through, is part of learning, but the upliftment, the feeling of wonder and joy can still be theirs. You no doubt know of people in that position and you wonder how they can be so cheerful. They may be fortunate. Someone who loves them, who is compassionate, in spirit, is able to help.
Though we are anxious that people should understand that there is no death, that life is ongoing, we are also anxious to help people who are on earth, and it is through what you call spirit healing that we can do this.

So I have been asked to come and appeal for people, for you people and others like you to encourage others, not to haphazardly go in for healing, but to do it with true love and dedication, and not necessarily just for those that they know, but to encompass the world, as well as those they may have just seen for a few seconds on your screens,

Is there anything you would care to ask that I might help you to understand?
Sitter: Yes please and that is if I was trying to send absent healing, not to one person in particular but just in general, will my thought work on its own or does it need to combine with others, in order to heal many people at the same time?
Spirit: When you or anyone sends out healing in general, the spirit who has received the message, will combine it with the healing of many others (if it is for the world in general), and direct it to where it is most needed.

Secondsitter: I’ve never tried anything like this, but could I try to help you?
Spirit: Of course you could. It is better if you are sincere, to set aside a certain time each week, because don’t make it a burden, make it something that you willingly do, and just sit quietly for a few minutes until your thoughts of the day move away and you are feeling calm and then put into your mind the picture of the person you wish to help, or if it is a country that is in strife through flood or war or whatever, think on that. And it is always nice if you have a little smile at the end, perhaps as a sort of thank you to the spirit person who has received the message from you, because we like our friends who help us to smile. (Mirth)

Sitter: Thank you.

Spirit: Well I hope this has been of help, and that it has encouraged you people, and you in turn will encourage others. You do not have to be a direct medium, but you are an indirect medium… you are working with spirit, you are doing good work. Healing is important in your world, and we are here to help.
May God bless you in your work and may it carry far.
Goodnight.
A spirit healer explains healing as from their side.

Spirit (Unknown): Good evening.

I am a healer, same as you people.

I would like to explain to you as well as I am able, the work of a healer on my side. We feel that this may be of interest to you.

Now each of you has one, perhaps two or possibly more, healers that work with you. You don’t all have the same healer because you are individuals, the same as your healing companions on this side are individuals, but you are each compatible with your own group of healers. Healing is a word that you people use; we just like to think of ourselves as workers, helping the physical body of mankind.

Now I think the best way is to have an imaginary patient.

As you know you are a physical body and around you is a light that we can see. It varies according to what you may call the personality or the spirit of the person, and also according to their temperament, and also the condition of their body. A person to be perfect would be a glowing clear light… I’ve never seen one! But according to your emotions you may have from very dark blue almost black, right through to a lovely rose, or soft yellow… but we will say that your leg is broken. At that point there would be a harsh red light.

Now as in your world, you people are not aware of everyone who is ill or has a broken leg, or bronchitis or any of the numerous things that you people are susceptible to, you need to be told, and usually we do too.

Now in our case, we may be told by an individual’s particular guide, particularly if these spirits work together. But if they are people who perhaps do not think of spirit, the afterlife or anything pertaining to it, they need someone to intercede for them and that’s where you people come in. You knock on our door and you say “Shirley has a broken leg” and request healing, and though you may not be aware of it, it does help, if you are able to picture Shirley without her broken leg.

That enables us to home in on Shirley and by manipulating the particles of her leg we can help your doctors (because we hope Shirley has gone to a doctor), to make a good job. They may have set it in plaster and almost done everything right, and more often than not they do everything right, but there may be some little complication that we can assist in and this we do, and all being well Shirley has no discomfort, and her leg gets better. But Shirley can be her own worst enemy, because if she thinks “Oh I’ve broken my leg, I’ll never be able to dance again, I’ll…” this that and the other and all the numerous things, “I’ll get arthritis in it and…” all the things that people can conjure up having had a broken leg. Not everyone is like that fortunately but Shirley is, and because of her negativity she draws to her the very things that she talks about, she expects it and so her body reacts.

We can only help those that help themselves. This does not apply if the leg is broken on a very young child, who wouldn’t have those thoughts anyway. It is only a barrier put up for us, usually by the adult world… more the materialists. Those who perhaps think of God, and spirit, and nature and all the lovely things, accept it as a bit of a trial, but think, “I’ll get over it and carry on”. Those people we can really help.
And this applies to every known condition of mankind, if we know about it and people such as yourselves are the messengers.

You understand I think, but if not I will repeat, that the cure or partial cure, or whatever, only takes place if it is for the good of that spirit. The spirit itself might have come to earth with the sole purpose of going through a particular trauma. We do not interfere. But if it is pure accident, a misfortune, or a disease that is caught or developed through no wish of the spirit, then by all means we are glad to help.
So each of you, individually, has your own little group of helpers. Do not expect miracles. Sometimes healing takes a long time, but slowly and steadily we can usually overcome most things. If it is terminal, in other words the physical body is going to die, we can usually make that, not a thing of drama, but a peaceful passing, so that not only does the spirit move off peacefully, but also those that are left behind are not stressed by great dramas.

In the case of fatal accidents and the person is killed instantly, (usually their own guides are aware that this is going to happen), initially it is a shock to find that they can no longer easily communicate with earth, but they at least are greeted by those who care for them… and it is made much easier if the new arrival has a little knowledge beforehand, as you can well understand.

At the moment is there anything that you would like to ask pertaining to healing that we may be able to enlighten you on?

Sitter(K): Yes please. Where healing has been asked for, for somebody, how often should one repeat that request for healing, and how far between requests?
Spirit: That partially depends on the problem. We will say that it is chronic arthritis, or one of those similar ailments. They take a long time. I would suggest, initially, that you ask us two or three times in the first week, then leave it a couple of weeks and then a month, and gradually taper it off. If the cure does not come, it may be that it is something that is beyond us, such as a choice of the spirit, but even so, the person should have upliftment, should be able to cope.

Sitter: Thank you very much.

Sitter (J): And I have a question thank you. When during the day I see anyone that is ill, or looking as though they need healing or help, I tend to ask for it on the spur of the moment. Is that being a nuisance, should I have a set period where I sit down and ask for healing for people?

Spirit: It would be better that way, for the simple reason that because we are busy too, no one may even know. If this is just someone whom you have just fleetingly seen and you have no name, then try and picture them, where you saw them. You can’t picture them in great health, which would be better, because you’ve never known them like that, but picture them as you saw them. Sometimes we are able to contact and help.

Sitter: Thank you.

Hi Kiyo .

Perhaps you may want to shed some light on the post also?

The transcript I felt was spoken in such a way that most could understand the dynamics of healing .

There was a lot to it but I liked .....

I relate to the mind aspect and how productive / counterproductive certain states had that will reflect upon our being .

I understand that on a soul level certain aspects of suffering cannot be cured / healed / resolved by the hand of another and within the transcript this is what is pointed to .

I love the mindful link of those in spirit that work in tandem with those on the earth in ways of collective healings .

I liked the way that it explained how simple it was so to speak in how one can just extend their healing wishes to another by remote healing and such likes ..

It was a nice read I thought .. No bombshells going off no new healing revelations but easily understood from the perspective of a novice healer to the experienced .

Hi Nice_1.

I found the post to be very easy to read and quite refreshing.

Like you, I didn't find anything new in it, but I also found myself gaining respect for its author because of that... I participate in some private forums, and every so often someone new to the forum shares something like you did, and other long time members reply something to the effect of "oh, well, that's old news and so-and-so said that so many years ago and..." on and on they rant about how meaningless what the poster shared was... the unfortunate result is that while the poster found a great deal of healthy inspiration from the post and wanted to share it with others, the responses of the old-timers unintentionally puts-down the poster and makes them feel less important, and makes their post seem less important.

I'm of the opposite opinion when I am fortunate enough to read a post like the one you shared. I recognize that there is very little new in the way of spiritual concepts that we can actually share with one another. I suppose that from a technical perspective, it can be said that we really aren't saying anything new at all and the concepts we share have all been said before.

While that may (or may not) be true, there is a very important factor that comes into play: sometimes, some of us may need to hear the same concept spoken in different ways and at different times before it is understood.

I'm certainly no exception to that. When I was a student in the martial arts, the instructor would give us a very simple technique to perform again and again and again, and of course neither I nor anyone else could do it right in the beginning but once we got the basic technique, another simple concept was built on that... and in many cases throughout the training, the instructor would say "do it this way" hundreds of times and myself and others just wouldn't get it. I would watch the technique demonstrated, practice the movements alone a few times so my body would know how to move, but then when it came to applying that technique with someone else doing the same, the body just didn't do what it needed to do.... and that would continue for months and months until one day, a guest instructor would appear. The guest instructor would teach the same technique using almost exactly the same words, and suddenly "BAM!", a light-bulb would light up in my head (and others) and the technique was instantly understood and executed properly.

I feel that the same applies to spiritual concepts... it can be said that so-and-so said-that before, but we speak slightly differently than we did only three decades ago. There are many new words in our vocabulary, and many new cultural understandings as well. Just because a concept was said by so-and-so a few decades ago doesn't mean that someone new to exploring their spirituality will resonate with that speaker. It may be that, like my experience in the martial arts, they may need to hear that concept spoken a few times by others before it is understood.

Come to think of it, I had that experience just this morning. I returned home from college class late last night, and being exhausted from the day, found a set of meditations to listen to while I sleep and immediately went to bed. Mother Nature woke me up a few hours later to the last track in the set. This particular track was a guided meditation that I have listened to "hundreds" of times, and I've probably read the transcript an equal amount of times. Honestly, I should know all of the words in it by heart... but for some reason, this morning I heard "new" sentences being spoken by the orator. I may have listened those same sentences spoken many times each time I played the meditation in the past, but for some reason I didn't "hear" those words until just now. It was an amazing experience.

In my opinion, spiritual growth involves many things, and creativity is one of those things. When a person channels spiritual teachings, it's an exercise and opportunity for creativity to manifest, and I feel that manifest quite well in the post you shared. I've been to more than one website with channeled content from super-advanced-super-special angelic beings that sound truly amazing and spiritually profound, unless one has watched an episode or two of Star Trek -- then it's obvious that it's just Gene Roddenberry's version of an ideal society. (On the side and as the proud owner of psychic paper and two sonic screwdrivers, do you Brits get spiritual teachers channeling Doctor Who???)

Personally, I don't need to be blown away with never-before-conceived concepts when I read channeled material. What's important to me is that it's not rehashed Star Trek philosophies and that the channel has communicated in a way that expresses their understandings in an original way.

I feel the post you shared expresses sound concepts in an creative and original way, and am certain that it will resonate with someone, somewhere, helping to propel them to greater spiritual understandings.

I enjoyed your post, thank you for sharing.

It seems Kiyo that we both took / felt similar energies from within the transcript .

I am glad you enjoyed it so to speak .

A very warm reply that you posted . It makes sense to me that you could relate to the essence behind the words .

Here is another transcript from the circle in question .

A spirit child is the main communicator .

Progress of Life?

Spirit: Humph. Well it’s me again.

Sitters
(Laughter): Hello June.

Spirit
: I’m number one messenger.

Now from Ling… “June you can put this teaching across. You have got more words than I have. I might make it sound like algebra” (Mirth), so, here goes…
Now Ling, as you know is a very bright person, the sort of person we all look up to, but he has been talking to someone who he says is a very bright person and all his friends look up to… and what this person said is something that Ling wants you to know, but he has asked me to try and explain it to you. (Laughter) Now it goes like this… I’m just repeating Ling’s words as best I can.
‘Life’s progress’ is a sort of heading, he says.
Now imagine you’ve got a… oh he said something about equal and lateral, it’s a triangle at any rate. Do you know the sort of one?

Sitters
: Yes. An equilateral triangle.

Spirit
: Right, and a wide bit is at the bottom and you’ve divided the triangle into seven equal spaces like shelves one above the other.
Now, you as mankind, you personally, are working from each corner in to the middle, and that’s your life, until you get (oh I’m finding this hard)… I think it might mean, ‘till you get the realisation, that well you mightn’t believe in God but you feel there is something. So you go up one. One level. And that may take you (I’m getting the message), “Thousands of years”, but that’s… you keep that in mind, that’s just what I’m repeating… this is mediumship you understand.

Now we’ve got to that next level and we shoot out to the edge again, and we start all over again working back to the middle, by which time we’ll know a bit more and we go up again. Now again we shoot out to the edge, and this continues.

It is believed, (so I’m told, I’m not sure), by a number of civilisations and people who are ‘primitive’, (what does that mean, they don’t know much?) Primitive.

Sitter
: Yes in a way, they live very simply.

Spirit
: Right. Well they know that there are these stages, so they say.
And you continue climbing like this… but I want to know, and they can’t tell me, and Ling is not telling me, because he says that the people that are beyond him still aren’t sure… what the ultimate is?
But this now is about the climbing; it’s progress all the time. You liken yourselves to a triangle. You go out to the edge. You come back and you climb. But this takes… oh it sounds like ‘earthity’ or something?

Sitter
: Eternity?

Spirit
: That’s a word is it, eternity? Well it takes forever and your light, that spark which is you, becomes more and more… (Pause) I can’t get the word, but Ling says that I would understand ‘beautiful’. But in rising there is an expansion of all vision, so that with time, many, many times, you can encompass mankind with your thinking.
I’m, not getting any more and if you understand that – I don’t. (Mirth)

Sitter (H
): I think so, perhaps not sure of the end but I can visualise the rest where we are on the bottom rung somewhere. We are talking about both now and the hereafter aren’t we, and the quickest way through?

Spirit
: Yes. I think I got that bit, but it all takes a long time and it’s nothing to do with physical bodies.

Sitter (K
): Do I understand it right that you visualise a triangle, and then imagine perhaps a number of shelves going across from one side of the triangle to the other, and you go in from the middle bottom, shoot right out to the edge and have experiences as you come back towards the middle again, where you can shoot up to the next shelf, out to the edge, and have more experiences coming back on that new level, and so on level by level?

Spirit
:Well that’s what I thought was meant but… when you go from one corner to the middle, what happens on the other side?

Sitter (H
): Maybe you do the same there before you go up, do you think? Or perhaps other souls are coming in from the other side? Or maybe it doesn’t matter which?

Spirit
: Perhaps… Oh, I’m getting “Good and bad”. Good and bad they are saying, and when they are balanced and the good predominates – you climb! Because we all have a side that is not so good. You know it, we know it, even if nobody else does. Oh that doesn’t bear thinking about does it? (Mirth). Still most people are good. You’ve got to look for the good in people.
Well I’m sorry; I’m not getting any more. I don’t know that I can help you more. Because I have died and have got a little knowledge I’m up on the first shelf, which I would say you people are going to land on too – we’ll shake hands eh? (Mirth)

Sitters
: Good. That’ll be good. (Mirth)

Spirit
: We’ll see if we can work it out, but Ling said that you are to think, because you are, (as you were told once before), and we all have the ability. Oh I think he’s exaggerating isn’t he! (Laughter)
He said that he hasn’t got far up himself, but he is going to get there, and that is the attitude that we all should have.
And he says God bless me (June), and God bless you people too, and may your paths not be too difficult.

Sitter (J
): Thank you Ling.

Spirit
: And I say, “God bless you too,” and I hope I haven’t given you a headache. (Mirth)

Sitters
: No. Not at all. Something to talk about.

Sitter (K
): June, it is said that because we think, we are; in other words we have a spark of life that allows us to live, but then how about a worm for it lives but it doesn’t think, at least I don’t think it does?

Spirit
: I don’t know much about worms but it is life isn’t it? And it must know what to eat so wouldn’t that be a brain?

Sitter
: I don’t know.

Spirit
I don’t either but I imagine that everything that lives, even a little flower has an animation that is ‘life’.

Sitter
: Now that reminds me, did you by any chance manage to find out for me, exactly what is ‘life’ - what is the animating factor?

Sitter (J
): ‘Spirit’.

Spirit
: Well that’s one way of putting it, ‘Spirit’ yes, but Ken wants, and I want to be able to…

Sitter (K
): Tell people, what is Spirit?

Spirit: To hold it almost, to have that positive knowledge. I know what you want Ken and I’d like it too. We all would, but I guess first we have got to climb a few ladders.

Sitter (H
): Yes for we don’t automatically know the answers when we pass over.

Spirit
: Oh no! Don’t get that idea. (Mirth) No!

Sitter (J
): June you mentioned before, about going up different levels that maybe you were coming from one corner and what about the other corner? But once we are spirits, is it not possible to come from all corners? Are we not then infinite?

Spirit
: When you are travelling in life on earth, you are not capable physically in doing it, spiritually yes, but how many can? For example, yourself. Can you come from any angle of thought with ease?

Sitter (J):
No that’s why I’m thinking around it from different people’s point of view, and that’s a bit different again isn’t it, it’s not what they’re…

Sitter (H
): No, you tend to think the way you see things yourself, don’t you?

Spirit: And you are influenced by where you live. It’s a very complicated thing isn’t it? And since I’ve come over here I’ve only just started thinking on these things. I believed that there was something, but I never thought “Why” or “How”, and that’s what you people are doing now - thinking, ‘Why’ or ‘How’, and I’m not a suitable person to be able to tell you. Ling can guide you, but from what he says he has to go to someone else to give him guidance.

It’s a big thing friends. Think of it as a wonderful thing, a wonderful adventure that we can all have, and if we are good people we can all enjoy it!

Sitter
: That’s me at the bottom of the class. (Laughter)

Sitter (J
): Then that’ll make it awkward for you. (Laughter)

Sitter
: June you’ve done very well.

Spirit
: You are making me think and that is good. It’s what we should all do and really, how often do we really think single-mindedly, on one subject? That is partly why you have your meditations. Now I wonder if you are all honest with your meditation tonight, can any of you say that you never left that meditation… that your mind didn’t drift from it once, to think of something slightly different?

Sitters
: No.

Spirit
: Well it’s that development of single-mindedness on a given subject; I am told is very important. So try friends. We’re all trying, but you won’t get all knowledge as soon as you get here. You’ve got to work for it and I guess that’s right, because when you work for a thing you appreciate it, and you remember it.

Sitter
: Thanks June.

Spirit
: (Sigh) I found that a bit hard tonight. I like to be happy, not (sigh) a teacher. How did you do it Ken, how did you do it? (Mirth)

Sitter (K
) Well perhaps I was at it a bit longer than you’ve been.

Spirit
: Right, well God bless you folks, and may the world go well for you.

Sitter (H
): Thank you very much indeed. Goodnight.
