Does anyone know of good websites for guided meditations in script form to accompany a reiki session. I have one meditation that I read to the client but need some more. I've looked on the internet but a lot are audio meditations.

Thanks.

Heaven Spirit,

Try this website: www.freemeditations.com
Not all of them may be suitable but it is certainly worth a browse to give you food for thought.

Hello Heaven Spirit

Could you try making some of your own up, it's very therapeutic and satisfying? 🙂

Selenite and Willow

are a couple of mine if you'd like to try them...??

the Willow one could be adapted to Kuan Yin oriental flavour?

HTH..:)

Thanks very much Fleur and Star_dust. Yes I have considered making up my own but lack time due to having a rambuncsious toddler (sp?)!! I did actually find a 5 min visualisation off the net yesterday which was perfect but its always nice to rotate the visualisations especially if someone visits more than twice.
