Hi everyone,
I hope you can fill this gap in my knowledge
I am more than happy to locate shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and it kinda follows that I just carry on 'following the line' towards the heel for the foot somewhere in that area , but it has just occurred to me that I don't actually know this  and would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me!
Thank you
Kerry 🙂

I asked the same question when I did my first bit of training in 1977. I was told that I was working on the foot on the foot........ it made my head hurt, but I got it in the end!!!

Thanks Jabba,
I see what you mean about that statement making your head hurt lol!
Not quite getting it myself but at least I know there isn't a reflex point for the foot, or there is....but it's the actual foot that you treat for the foot....
Fantastically baffling 🙂

Hi Kerry and Jabba

The location for the feet is the hands - this is called a cross referral reflex. So, to work the big toe, work the thumb, the sole of the foot is the palm of the hand, the wrist is the ankle etc. etc.

Hope this helps?:)
