Hi everyone
Im thinking about doing a day course in spinal reflex, was wanting to hear from anyone that has done it or had it and what they think about it is it worth doing etc.

I haven't done it, but had a look at L.S.R. and they do one too, and it's on the list of courses I want to do 🙂
