Hiya all
This is a request please for a foot diagram please. I was kindly sent some by PM and I have lost them. I put them on my pc in a safe place and they have vanished.
I will try to describe them in case it rings any bells with anyone.
These forms were about 5 pages long and on the 4th or 5th page there were 6 little diagrams on the foot with no labelling just blank. They were client consultation forms. I don't need the forms I have my own just the diagrams and was wondering if anyone has them please. My scanner now does not work, so I am unable to scan any diagrams either that I have from my book!
Can someone please help. I should with hindsight photocopied or printed more off and in future will keep a template!! I don't need these until Tuesday of next week. Thanks so much.
