I have been using arnica cream and comfrey cream. the problem is comfrey cream stains socks...eww.
I was told touse either but I haven't found any relief. I have been bathing my foot daily in water to try and get some movement back in it.
I have tried to contact my doctor but the problem is he is retiring and well he sent me to the hospital really late as, the doctor kept being off on holdiay every time I tried for an appointement they were backed up as, the surgery is very close to a college the students have to be priority. I am a student too, elsewhere but I just want to get my foot to stop hurting.
when my foot was really bad and I can't comment other than he's made many mistakes lately so, another doctor has been covering and she is now on holiday.
Needless to say I am losing my patience with the gp surgery and thinking I need something natural.
Any advice welcome please
Thanks

Hi, you could try the homeopathic remedy Rhus Tox. You can buy it in tablet form in many chemists. I expect it'll have 30c written after the name. You should probably take 1 pill twice a day for 3 or 4 days and see if it helps the pain at all. If not, stop taking it, but if it does help, take the minimum amount you need, to keep the pain at bay and allow it to start healing.
If it doesn't help, you could try Ruta- also available over the counter. Take a similar dose as above.
Otherwise, you could see if there's a registered homeopath or a (cheaper) student homeopathic clinic near you. They will be able to prescribe homeopathic remedies more accurately after talking to you.
These injuries unfortunately, do take a long time to heal; you probably should keep in touch with a doctor as well. Good luck with it! HTH Hom

First, let’s understand what acne is to before we explore different kinds of acne skincare. Acne is not cause by bad hygiene so don’t try and wash acne away! This will only cause your skin to dry further, peel and invite more bacteria!

Acne is caused by excess oil produced by the oil glands in the skin – the sebaceous glands – in which the hair follicle resides. The cause is usually hormonal, that is, when there is an imbalance leading to excess production of androgen or the male hormone.
