...What's in your IHM sequence? Knowing what other people put in their sequences is always great so I was wondering if we could all share ours?
I've done two courses, oneintroduction and one accredited (different teachers) and the sequences vary a lot, one being westernised and the other slightly more 'authentic'.I'll post both of them whenI next log on andget a spare minute!...

RE: What's in your sequence?
Hi Farideh,
Thanks for taking the time to type that out. Could you describe the double plam press/angel wings technique- it sounds lovely.
RE: What's in your sequence?
Hi az,
Double palm press/ Angles wings,
Place heals of hands either side near the base of the neck. Hands are spread on the trapezius, fingers facing away from the neck. Apply direct, even pressure slide both hands across to the corner of the shouldres sweeping down the arms 3 times.

RE: What's in your sequence?
Thanks Farideh, I don't think I've come across that one before.
RE: What's in your sequence?
Hi Azalia,
the tutor we had was wonderful, she said that she was tought by this holy indian man, and in her class there was such feeling of calm, as soon as you walked in you felt relaxed the first treatment we gave each other one student started crying uncontrolably, we had to stop the session, than two weeks later another student cried and she said i was on her mind, and she said you were upset about a little boy.
which i was, her treatments were so powerful, that you could see colours, amazing, she said thats what true IHM is suppose to be. which cleanse your system and brings out all your negative emotions out.
her ways were so different to other tutors.
