last night at my ihm course we was shown how to do the neck pressure points she only showed us quickley then we had to practice on each other, the lady running the course keeps telling us to put more pressure all the time, when i got home i had a very bad neck ache and this morning i am feeling very sick. can anyone tell me if they thow why this could be? im going to have a word with the teacher next week about how ive been feeling.

You may have been opened by the student to much depending on how much training this person has it is a very delicate pressure pointthis will create a uneasy feeling as the chakra in the neck brings about balance to the whole equilibruim so to speak to bring about a closing you are going to need to close this down now if you have a rose quartz walk around with it today if you dont look for something on the quartz line now keep yourself busy walking is sought even if you go out for a walk....you should feel better in a couple hrs speaking to your healing angels is also seen as they are able to adjust the balance...look to my profile for my site address go to cryst oracle it has the rose quartz message....Gypsee

hi gypsee thanks i tryed the rose quarts and i think it did get rid of the sickness but the whole of the next day i felt really depressed and emotional all day could this also be a side effect or just me?
