Odd that they refer to it as a new therapy. It's been around for long enough, but I guess it's just getting the publicity it deserves now.
Also, curious wording used, for the chocolate craving, but without knowing what wording the "client" (journalist) gave then it's not easy to tell how close to original EFT teachings were being used.

Gary Craig only developed EFT in mid-90s, so in relative terms it is a pretty young therapy, in comparison with most others.

True, but in the world of complementary therapies it's one of the older ones (especially with all the new variants of this and that being developed by people each year).
