I'm not sure about other practitioners, but unfortunately I retain my quota for copying the discs so as to provide copies to clients relating to theirspecific issues so as to allow them to gain some insight and benefit in their own time. Would love to help but I'm afraid I can't. There are some UK based distributors of the discs so you don't have to get them shipped from the US. If you search this forum for EFT CD or EFT DVD you may find previous posts detailing possible members or places who can provide them.

My problem is not getting them shipped from the U.S, rather that I don't have th money to buy them at the moment.

Well you don't need to get all the sets in one go like I did. I can recommend the first set as it is good to see EFT being put into practice in individual client cases and in workshops. Also the EFT to the Ultimate therapist is a very good set with a lot of useful techniques and insights into the was we work as humans and how we can better ourselves. Borrowing benefits is a useful set to have to make copies for clients (you only have to copy those that are necessary, not the whole set) so that they can have something to watch and follow at home when doing it themselves.

All the sets are good, but those are the ones I would single out primarily.

I am selling copies of From EFT to the Palace of Possibilities, which is one level up from the basic tuition set. I've also got the 'Towards becoming the Ultimate Therapist.'

When I'm copying discs I can't use my computer for anything else so it does interrupt my work a little. I've got a copy of each set on ebay at the moment, for £13. 90 each(includes postage.) I couldn't do it for any less - from the U.S. they're around £35. I use EFT frequently with clients, but it's not my main work so I'm happy to share my copying allowance!

I'm going to be getting the EFT Basics set and a speciality set on Chronic Illness next. I'll post here when I've got them. It's a wonderful method - everyone should know the basics!

By the way, the original DVDs are amazing value and with the dollar exchange right now, I'd recommend anyone buying them new if they possibly can!

The ideal situation would be to borrow the sets and copy them yourself, and for anyone living near me in North London I would be happy to lend them, provided I get a deposit against their non-return! It would save me the boring job of replacing discs every few minutes - there are 7 in each of the sets I've got.

(P.S. There's another thread about the copying of EFT discs; I've just emailed Gary to make sure what I'm doing is o.k!)

Exactly what part of Gary's clear instructions that "you are permitted to make copies of your DVDs and give (not sell) them for up to 100 people' do you find so confusing? This is to allow genuine practitioners to be able to give a teaching resource to their students & clients. If enough people start pirating these disks, that privilege ... and benefit ... will almost certainly be withdrawn for us all. Sure it's ok to recover your costs, but bulk dvd's cost £10 for 50, and p&p shouldn't be costing you more than £2.50 - I get books from Amazon for less than that - so how do you justify '£13.90, I can't do it for any less'? 'When I'm copying, I can't use my computer' .... well don't copy then, it'd your choice that you're doing it!

I was looking at your website and read about your Automatic Freedom process which is based on meridian points. I'd be interested to learn about how you've benefited from this. Would you be able to start a new thread describing some of the results you've achieved and the timescales over which they've occurred?

Hi, I got a phone call from Gary saying please don't put the DVDs on ebay - it's just for friends etc. so I've removed the ads. I happen to think it's a shame, because there are alot of people curious but not prepared to pay for the sets until they're sure it's worth it - and in my opinion, anyone buying one set will want to get the others too!I hesitated for quite a long time, myself, until I finally bit the bullet and ordered the sets.

Still it'sGary's work andI was wrong. Apologies to Gary (and derekw who got so mad - calm down!) Sure I was going to get rich on £13.90, what was I thinking?

Re. the Automatic Freedom Process, I'm having some great results; but it's early days yet so I don't think I'll say too much just yet. By the way derek, yes it was my choice that I was doing it, and now I'm not, because I respect Gary and he's obviously very hot on this subject! But I still think it would make EFT more available to a wider audience if there was a way to share the DVDscheaply and still recover some costs! That's just my opinion, but if someone had let me have a copy a couple of years ago, when I was first interested, I'd have had at least another year to enjoy using EFT and getting great results! I've been struggling financially for years and I know what it's like to want to learn something but not have the money. So I don't actually think there's any reason to get quite so annoyed at what I did, even though I was wrong...and I'm a genuine practitioner, and help people too, although EFT isn't my only modality. So there.

I apologise if I came over harsh, but that does not invalidate my point.

Yours was just the latest in a series on similar questions on this and other forums. Not only is the documentation that comes with the DVDs is quite clear, as is the EFT website, but now Gary also has formally responded on this very subject and his reply is now posted elsewhere on HP. However I'll still wager we won't have to wait long before someone else asks exactly the same question on HP.

Why was I angry - perhaps to do with the fact I was long term unemployed when I first came across EFT - yes I wanted to learn this as quickly as I could, but I made do with the free resources, subscribed to Gary's newsletter, and saved for almost a year until I had enough to buy my sets. When I did get them I observed Gary's instruction and gave away the disks to clients and friends in almost all most cases not even the costs of the disks and certainly did not even think about recovering anything for my 'machine minding' time .... I just put the disks into the drives, hit copy, and then went off and did something else.

On this point I totally agree; yes, everyone should know the basics - but is the best way to achieve this really to ignore the law just because it is convenient to do so? Why not 'invest in loss' as the Taoists say and run free workshops and sell the legitimate disk sets at a discount?
