Doing Levels 1 and 2 this weekend in Reading really looking forward to it- so what can I expect? I dont know much about this just really curious and exited to be learning a new skill:)

You will love it, I taught an introductory workshop myself at weekend and everyone loved it,it is by far my favourite therapy both stand alone and with my other therapies

You will be guided through the process carefully and yes, it's brilliant!

I think you'll find the website is now as Gary Craig has retired now but the emofree takes you to it automatically.

Have fun with it! I never get bored of EFT, it is always brings wonderful surprises, even though I have many other therapies undier my belt, I wouldn't be without tapping
