Hello. My name is Christy. I am new to crystals and new here. I am really enjoying learning about crystals. I was wondering if anybody could give me recommendations for a crystal or crystals that work well for Supraorbital Neuralgia and also a crystal or crystals that work well for Restless Leg Syndrome. Hi Christy,
My best advice would be to check vitamin deficiencies first. Restless leg syndrome can be related to a lack of certain vitamins and minerals. As much as I love my crystals, they will not help with a vitamin deficiency.
