Thanks everyone for lovely suggestions. Lavender Rose, I looked at the other thread about stalkers. Such a shame idiots like that are bothering Reikiangel. She was so nice when I clonked my head a couple of years ago - sent me reiki as well.

If you are having trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbours, then I suggest wearing ear plugs to bed. I do this and generally sleep like a baby.

Also from now on, consider this nasty unreal curse to be lifted. The only power it has, is the power that you give to it. The person who wrote those nasty remarks is obviously a deeply troubled individual who should be ignored.
