I'm not sure whether this is the right place to post but here goes.

I recently joined an online discussion forum and left just sensible remarks, basically. However, someone has replied and told me they have put a curse on me and mentioned S-t-n. (Don't even want to write it.)

I sent off a cheery reply and thought that was the end of it but it's getting to me now. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the bad feeling? It's making me quite tearful that someone would say that to me.

All suggestions welcome, thanks.

Hello Georgia,

Internet forums are full of hotheads, if they don't threaten you with curses, they threaten to send a virus or take control of your computer. Be safe in the knowledge that "He who throws a curse unskilled will take it upon himself".

Myarka.

Thank you, just needed someone to talk common sense to me. It's been one of those days. Thanks!

awww thats awful! take heed that its probably someone who is either a nutter, a nerd or someone who;s had a drink/drugs.

i dont blame you for getting upset though, thats not nice.

If it was on a discussion forum, I strongly urge you to report that person/poster.

I am agreat believer in karma.

What you give out, you get back ten-fold.

Don't worry, like others have said, you get some idiots going about.

Probably the person had partaken of a wee sherry (or two)

Just imagine yourself surrounded by a wall of mirrors and hod the intention that any negativity will be bounced straight back to where it came from!

Big hugs

Thanks for the kind messages. I'm having problems with noisy neighbours and lack of sleep can make you feel so strange. Crossing the road the other day, I almost walked out in front of a car - just wasn't thinking...got such a shock as it thundered past. Lack of sleep, again. I've got idiot neighbours banging on my door as they go past at night. This is difficult to sort out without having them retaliate. Good neighbours are so wonderful. You really notice when you've got the other kind!

It's not just you. Some people will try to bully you over the internet. See also this thread https://www.healthypages.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=61112 as it might make you feel better if you know what happened to you also happens to other people - in different ways, admittedly, but still the same effect on the person at the receiving end!

As you've put this in the Crystal section of HP, I'd suggest some crystals for grounding you - red jasper comes to my mind for you, and reflecting away negativity - hematite perhaps?

Thanks, Lavender Road. I'll get some. I'm sure that'll make me feel better and less jittery. The near miss with that car has affected me, I think. Apart from the curse thing.

Hi Georgia

Why don't you ask for protection from Spirit during the night? I know of someone who asked for two doormen to guard her house while she went on holiday, and her house was free from the burglaries that had happened to other people in the neighbourhood during that period. Don't forget to thank them in the morning!

As you've posted this in the crystal forum I'd suggest working with calcite to take the distress out of the situation for you.

Lapis Lazuli is good around the home for coping with troublesome neighbours.

I think that's why I chose the crystals section - I was thinking of protection. I love the idea of lapiz lazuli for the neighbours.

That should read 'lapis lazuli'. Need more sleep. Will look for this on Saturday.
