I've never used them - although I often used to look at their website as they had lovely stuff. What put me off was the fact that they won't let you e-mail them - you have to phone or fax - which isn't very good if you're working. I did want to ask them a question - but i can't call from work and can't accept calls in work - so was stuck. They say they won't accept e-mails due to SPAM - but other companies do (both small and large) and I'd never come across a company who didn't accept/allow e-mails, so I was a bit suspicious and never bothered getting anything from them. I thought it was poor customer service tbh.
I really do hope all of you receive your goods - although I haven't been able to help - sorry.
