Has anyone used Cavern Crystals of Huddersfield to buy anything?
I placed an order on the 23rd August but have not yet recieved it. The money has been taken from my bank account.
I have emailed them, no reply. I have tried phoning but only get a fax. I have sent a fax but still no answer.
I would be interested if anyone else has had problems with the company

Sorry to hear you've had problems. I haven't ordered anything from them myself. How did you pay? I always use my credit card because that is safer and you have some protection - ie. you should get your money back.
To have taken your money and still not shipped the goods after three weeks is very poor indeed. If there was a problem, they should've contacted you.I've just looked at their website and their office hours are 7pm-9pm, maybe try calling then? If I were you, I'd have one last try at getting in contact with them as it's possible there has been a genuine error. The website has a 'terms' link at the top of the main pagethere's info on how to make a complaint. I'd do that if you haven't already, as they haven't abided by their own terms in this case.

I guess you could try going to either C.A.B. for some advice or The Trading Standards Office, after all they are not keeping their commitment to you!

I really can not understand what you are saying.
Yes there have been delays at times, but I have always received my stuff! and its always good quality, Thats why I go back.
I found them about a year ago and they have been gr8.
There must be some mix up, I once rang and spoke to this guy and he's sound. There was a prob with the post office and my order did not arrive so they sent me another one out, no extra charge, no sign this, no problem they just did it.
I will always shop with them, just ashame there so far away, cos i would love to visit there shop.

I've been trawling the net, even to Companies House to try and find info on this company. Their service is atrocious. They state that they will get in contact with people and send them emails but respond to neither. Their telephone number and fax number are one and the same both in office hours and outside of office hours. Have emailed them several times - no response or reply. Unable to phone as all one get's is the fax machine. Ordered my goods on Oct 24, they took funds from my account on the 25th and now they exist just in the ether. They have the cheek to state on their site to be patient!

The outcome of my unhappy experience with Cavern Crystals is that I had to threaten to take them to the small claims court and within 48hrs my goods arrived. Needless to say I will not be using them again for any future purchases.

You got stung, they havn't traded for a long time but quite a few people are in same boat as yourself, as the web site still runs. If you paid by credit card take it up with them. Other than that I don't know who you could go to about this,trading standards maybe?

Cavern crystals
Hi, Does anyone have any new info on Cavern Crystals..? I ordered a pendant on 13th Jan for my wifes birthday, but it never arrived despite them taking £30 from me within two days of ordering. I have tried to contact them many times but I just cannot get them either by phone or email. I've looked at past threads on this company and it doesnt look good. I have since contacted trading standards but they are not interested due to not enough complaints about them.
Any response welcome.
