I am totally disappointed tonight. I was going to order some crystal hearts (green) from this company and sent an email asking if they could do these in a keyring setting (I planned to give them to clients at Christmas). I wanted green to go with my logo and was looking at the African Jade.
Now, this company does AJ heart shaped crystals and they also do keyrings, so I asked if they could do a green heart keyring.
Even if they do not make the items themselves you might think they would contact their own suppliers to source something.
First, my email wasn't replied to for over a week and when they did reply they tried to sell me a cheaper one unlike what I had asked for, then they sent an email saying "the boss was away" and they couldn't give me an answer, then today I got an email saying "can't help", thanks for your interest anyway.
Not sure if it came from a member of staff or "the boss" as no name has ever been put on the emails I received.
I was planning to spend about £300 to begin with and then maybe keep some in the centre for people to buy.
They obviously don't need the business. Given the economic climate, I sincerely hope they don't do this with all potential customers.
So, the upshot of it is...can anyone recommend a crytsal supplier who goes that extra mile for their customer?

I'm very surprised they couldn't put the two together, unless they import and haven't got a clue. It might be an idea to buy in the pieces, the green hearts and the keyrings and ask a local jeweller to do it for you.
You only need a drill and a link surely. Turning down business in the present economic climate is a bit strange. Hope you find someone who can do this for you as it is a lovely idea for a christmas gift.
