I have had eczema on my right ring finger for months. Considering that I don't wear jewelry and that all my fingers are subjected to the same things at the same time because they are on the same hand :p I don't understand this.

This morning I awoke to find little bumps starting on my left ring finger.

I am wondering what organs or conditions the ring fingers would be related to. Perhaps I could strengthen them nutritionally or something and the eczema would go away. Any ideas?

Hi Learning

The ring finger relates to the triple burner (san jiao) meridian. The triple burner isn't the most easiest thing to describe. It helps to mobilise the Original Qi; controls the transportation of Qi; controls the Water passages and excretion of fluids. Disturbance of the actual meridian may indicate head, ear or eye problems, usually with a Heat condition, or locally a finger or arm problem.

You may benefit from seeing a TCM practitioner (ie acupuncturist) for a diagnosis.

Best Wishes
