Hi!:)
I have always been interested in Buddhism, since school days when I studied it for two years. I think it has wonderful principles, and I like the fact you dont have to worship a God as such.
When I was suffering from depression last year, I read The Buddhist Teachings, and it made me feel better.
Do you think that Buddhism makes and/or keeps you happy?
and why?
Which principles do you think people who tend to get depressed could benefit from following?
I know that there is emphasis on following the Middle Path. I guess, this is good advice for all out there, especially pessimists??!
Please tell me any advice on having an optimistic mind with Buddhism!!:)
