Some of you may know that we intend uprooting ourselves and moving to live on a barge in France in a few years time.
For those wanting to know what areas of France to avoid, there is a program series, starting this Wednesday on BBC2 at 8pm recording the gastronomic adventure of Rick Stein as he meanders through France along the same canals that we intend to make our home. A new set of video tapes has been bought and his book pre-ordered.
