Hiya debdobbs,what is BSY?x
Hi Licklebabba it is BSY Group. They are distance learning group, and have courses like spiritual healing, tarot, all sorts. Fully accredited courses, you can become a member of the Ascotiation (can't spell!)of Holistic Therapists when you do some of their courses. They are based in Cornwall, i live in Scotland but will have to do my aromatherapy practical in London, Reiki attunement in London, and reflexology practical in Devon. Don't mind flying down there, if it means i get a good practical exam and advice. Google BSY Group to have a look.:)
Thanks for that debdobbs & good luck with your studies & practicals xx
Is the School of Natural Health Sciences course good does anyone know for aroma?? thanks in advance xx
Apparently the SNHS courses are brilliant to do. My Reflexology therapist has studied several and is now doing the advanced Aromatherapy course. I also plan to start some courses soon.
You have the option of tutored or total self learning depending on your learning style. They are also reasonably priced.
Hope this helps!
hi guys, sorry to appear to have a downer on these sort of courses, but if they are hands on therapies, how can you learn from a book without the guidance of a tutor with you?
Im sure they are great to learn theory from, but just dont get how you can learn hands on therapies, such as reflexology and massage from a booklet.
I have checked with all the main professional associations, such as association of reflexologists, fht and ctha and none of them accept these qualifications as practitioner ones.
