Hand/Arm Exercises?

Hi everyone! :) I just had my first full day of Reflexology yesterday & myself & a few others have found that our hands & forearms felt quite tired & achy by the end of the day. What I'm wondering is if there are any hand/arm exercises that maybe we could use to help strengthen us a little? I know in time it will get much easier, I was just wondering if there was something I could try & pass on just now that will help until we get a bit stronger. Thanks in advance! :)

Thanks everyone for the input!
So far it's slowly getting better, tho my left hand & fore arm (I'm right handed) really aches after giving a reflexology treatment. Not enough for painkillers, but enough to be aware of it for a couple of hours.
