Pretty sure that's space debris from an old rocket or satellite - doesn't look like something from another world, more like something you'd find in a scrap yard!

To cut a long story short my dad spoke of an experience 20 odd years ago whilst traveling in his car towards kings lynn . He spoke of a craft unknown to him that was about a mile in front / above him . He was scared to say the least and his car lost power and came to a halt .
A minute or so later military planes were seen heading towards this light source and then it disappeared . . and then his car regained power ..
It was interesting to come across this youtube video that was filmed near kings lynn last month ..

I had a strange experience in Burnley in 1995.
I was staying with my friend. One day, she wanted to go out to a talk at the local library. I didn't fancy going, so she went by herself. Feeling a bit tired in the afternoon, I went to my room for a sleep. I awoke to a very bright light, yet not dazzling. The cause of the light was at the bottom of the bed: two glowing figures with bald heads and pea-shaped eyes. Their bodies were just shafts of light. These two were in profile and took no notice of me. They disappeared very quickly. When my friend returned home I told her about the experience. Her reply was, 'Oh, you've seen them, then?' I can only describe them as some sort of 'alien' beings, but I know not what, but whatever they were, my friend had frequent visits from them.
There had been several alien craft sightings in the Colne/Barnoldswick area at the time.

P.S. Forgot to say that the 'Rendlesham Incident' is among the most frightening I've read about alleged alien sightings. I was never convinced about Roswell, but Rendlesham is very convincing, as reports were made by eye-witnesses over two nights. Evidence of 'something' was found in the forest some days later. Orford Ness was/is a secret site, but this account was totally strange and weird.
