Following on from various threads about UFOs and alien life forms I have opened this thread for various thoughts and discussions in general about the subject, rather than going off on tangents on other dedicated threads.

So if you would like to discuss anything related to little green men or their spaceships 😀 this is the place to post.

Other threads can still be setup for specific sightings or events obviously.

Oh, and don't call me Mulder 😉

Let the theories begin...

Wiltshire, 26th August. Some more amazing photos of it here [DLMURL="http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2012/hackpenhill3/hackpenhill2012c.html"]Crop Circle at Hackpen Hill (3), nr Broad Hinton. Wiltshire. Reported 26th August** 2012.[/DLMURL]

WOW!!! it is even more magnificent when seen in its setting. I admit I did wonder whether it was digitally produced - but I don't think it could have been when seen in its setting.

Thank you for showing us 😀

Yes I probably should have included this shot in my first post. It does make you wonder what it's all about doesn't it? I mean, if they are messages from aliens then why don't they just spell it out instead of making things so cryptic? Why don't they make words in the the wheat saying "No more war" etc 😀

...so what is everyone's interpretation of the meaning?

How about - "We aren't idiots!" ? 😀 - whoever "we" are .....

I went to a conference on Crop Circles in the mid nineties but I didn't come away any the wiser! I still marvel at them though.

I know they are amazing :).

I could think up a few designs that might look good 'in wheat'. But they might fail slightly when it came to the execution - just me rolling around in a sleeping bag squashing out the main body; using oven mitts (separate gloves:D) for the finer details... no, it would never work! I'll leave it to the aliens 😀

I agree with all the comments above too, starting with Caveman's. There have been just a - so far as I know - very small minority of simplistic crop designs produced by people, and that tended to be early on such as the 1980s. I think early groups who "revealed" themselves were attention-seekers who really hadn't produced that much.

It'd be impossible for people to create this and many other past designs just overnight ... never, apparently, using lighting (!), and never ever being found-out. There's never at all mentioned the slightest residue of people having been there either such as footprints when originally discovered, so far as I know.

It is mysterious indeed, since if it were an attempt at communication - as we think of it - it plain isn't working as it just leaves us baffled.

If they're reading this with their super-duper powers, I suggest they just write in a large field: "Make Love, Not War!"

Or maybe "Elvis Is With Us" to reassure us they have a sense of humour!

The phenomenon is all probably UFO-linked but I still don't think that's 100% confirmed. Or just one race of them doing it?

Oh, yes! Of course! It's a cube!

Maybe it's an attempt to ruin the grain harvest. Of course, if it is to drive us to starvation, it's a bit unnecessary. We're doing very well on that score for ourselves.

Initially, looking at the design marked in the crop, I thought that the designs on the outer edges of the cube were arrows, around each side of the cube. Each arrow being comprised of 4 'lines'.

BUT THEN. (This is interesting) Looking at the diagram of the design from Venetian link:

...it seems to me, that they aren't arrows.

Imagine the design in 3D: a cube comprised of 216 cubes (6x6x6), The 'arrows', seem to delineate 3D hollow cubes around the outer edges of the main cube . Do you (everyone:)), see what I mean?!

So then, if this is supposed to represent a 3D design, that means that the cube (cubes) are enclosed inside a sphere. Maybe the circle that is shown as not being concentric to the main outer circle, is moveable within the outer shell of the overall sphere? A moveable sphere within the main sphere (?)

EDIT: I've just thought - If the cube was made up of smaller solid cubes - they would be visible through the hollow outer-edge cubes - so maybe the main cube is hollow, with 'squares' (cuboids) central to the each side.

(? Although the 'squares' on the bottom would be visible from this angle - and yet they aren't pictured....hmn? Maybe they didn't want to complicate things :D)

It really gets you thinking doesn't it. Such as the non-concentric circle...? Not suggesting this is definitely the purpose, but many designs "get you thinking" - in the past they've represented many things, such as chaos theory.

Not successful, then.

Haha 😀

No but, if you wanted to represent a cube, scribed in crop (hmn), then if all 6 sides are the same, isn't it only necessary to show 3 sides?

A bit like a Mandala, perhaps?

I was thinking a bit more about the hollow cube(s)/squares - maybe the negative spaces represent negative numbers?

The strange thing with these crop circles is the way the crops have been downed. They are not snapped, just bent without breaking them in a way that they stay bent. Tests have not been able to replicate this without breaking the stems. It's most peculiar! Also higher than normal levels of electro static are found around them.

It's worth watching that short video I posted earlier.

..the diagram in #307 has borders around all 4 edges of each side of the cube:

The Antahkarana has borders on only 2 edges of each side:

... and the corners of the cube in the Antahkarana don't touch the edges of the inner circle; and there are other differences.

I see what you mean WS 😉 I just focussed on both of them and they do have different energetic qualities. The first is slow and strudy, and the second is feels fast and mobile.

'incredible' might be stretching it but it's quite an interesting clip. First I thought it was chinese lanterns but the way they were moving around, almost in sync, rules that out. Another good thing was other members of the public watching it.

Very difficult to say much more as you can only see lights but it is a good find NICE_1
