I also subscribe to the Federation of Holistic Therapists' Forum () and via this channel i've made some enquiries about the establishment of a Regional Group operating under the auspices of the FHT. They are positive in their response and I was wondering if any fellow therapists would be interested in such an idea, and hence willing to assist in getting a Regional Group 'off the ground'.
I live in Co. Antrim (Ballymena) and in the first instance the notion would be to focus on a catchment area that would reach to greater Belfast area in one direction and to Coleraine in the other.
Let me know if you have an interest.
Those other therapists within the Ireland Group may be interested in pursuing the same idea however for another Regional FHT Group within a different geographic location. Do please let me know if any are interested in this aspect of my posting.
Thanking You
Anxious
RE: Interest in a Regional Interest Group?
I would be interested in a group in the NW. I am a great believer that by sharing info we can all improve.

RE: Interest in a Regional Interest Group?
Hi there! I'm in Carrick - we in NI always seem to get left out of things so I would def be up for more info on local groups! (and also to apply pressure to the likes of FHT so that they and other companies stop discrimating against us when it comes to postage charges for their catalogue goods)
Thanks

RE:Interest in a Regional Interest Group?
Dear feet4you and angelstar28
Sorry for delayed responses
Thanks to both of you for commenting
I will now also look at my posting in the FHT Forum and see if any others responded
Do plan to at least try and get an initial meeting off the ground.
I live in Ballymena and work in University (Jordanstown) so (regrettably perhaps) i'll seek out a venue that would have a catchment in South Antrim area
More from me soon (hopefully)

Hi
I hadn't noticed this thread until now. I would be interested too, but I tried your link to fht.org, but there doesn't seem to be anything there, has it gone?

Doodle and others
I am still watching this post for replies! There has been one NI person i've noticed on the FHT site - so between both sites there are few persons in Northern Ireland active!
I still plan to proceed and will seek an initial meeting, subject to FHT approval, probably mid-September.
Thanks to all for their interests
