We got married at the registrar oodles of years ago. I made my own white satin two piece affair :), didnt want the big white wedding. I am not one for fancy clothes, or functions, have always avoided them being the hermit that I am..but..if we ever drive or walk past a wedding shop I ALWAYS have to have a good look and admire the pretty clothes..that's contrary Mary for ya!!
Its got to be a girly thing, i havent found anyone yet who didnt like a wedding dress.
I have a friend who was the most plainest girl, not in looks, but clothes and she hated anything fancy, but wow her wedding dress was very lady DI, lots of dress, lace with a deep v in the back and lots of puff....wow i was so shocked when i saw her, it simply wasnt what i expected, there was so much detail on it..... see just goes to show, all girly at a wedding....
