at this time whenyou are feeling particularly vulnerable it would also be helpful to cloak yourself in protection - this can be done very simply in the mirror first thing each morning. Visualise a big bubble of beautiful light all around you and ask the angels (the universe, God) for absolute protection. Ask and it is done!!!;)

Thank you Serenity, I'll just have to look at your name and be... Serene! I do appreciate your words, and suggestions. Bless you for such nice things you said about me. You're right of course about the attitude thing, it's just such a shock to be accused. My first reaction was self-defense, shame, and rage. Not exactly positive (how shameful of me.) But I did pray for him too. I haven't been doing the bubble thing but will.
Alks, (I have been corresponding with you via email just so people don't think I'm ignoring you; ) Your kind suggestions are being taken under consideration, thank you.
I know I missed saying so to each individually, but thanks so much. I can't explain how I know, but your efforts have buoyed me up and I've been mentally better since the day after I wrote. You made the difference and helped me this far, I'd like to do the same for each of you.
I am sending waves of love, joy, peace, hope, comfort, positive thoughts and energy to you all. You're in my mind's eye, like a circle of different colored lights holding hands pouring forth your healing to the hurting and needy. It may be sappy/mushy/romantic but you amaze me. <HUGGING YOU>
Oh, I have kept all emails, letters and so on from this poor old deluded thing. No worries there!
