Hi everyone
I would like to ask for healing for myself. I am 56 and have been recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, with secondary liver tumors. The prognosis is not good and the 'official' end point is March 2011!
After being told to go and enjoy myself ' as the clock is ticking' it took me about two months to regain any sort of composure. I am now looking at changing my diet and increasing my exercise levels, and wondered if any one knows of a good homoeopath in Stratford on Avon.
I don't feel desperate any more. Just intense about helping myself.
Hi there smilodon14
So sorry to read your post but never listen to what the dr's tell you about how long you have got! Sadly these can become self-fulfilling prophecies. You sound as if you are recovering from the shock so that is good as you can now take some form of control on how you want to live, however long you have!
I cannot help you with info re a homeopath in your area but I also have had cancer (nearly 2 years ago now) and know how focussing it can be.
Just try and be the healthiest you can be, regardless of what condition you have, and who knows? While you are concentrating on the fun things and being well maybe the cancer will take a back seat. Have you tried the Macmillan website? There are forums for all types of cancer and it really helps to talk to people going through the same thing as you and to find out what works for them.
I wish you well on your journey. Take care.

Sending lots of reiki energy to you & agree with Reikiangel's advice
Hi sorry to hear what the doctors have told you but I know its hard but try and be positive. Drs aren't always right!. My partner was told in June 2008 that he had 6 months to live (was in remission of cancer, but new tumours and cancer has spread). We live for today and although sometimes it hard, yes indeed very hard one has to be positive.
Have you tried some relaxation therapy? Or maybe some Reiki?
Like someone else also said the MacMillian Forum is a great place to chat to others with cancer or those affected by cancer. The link below will take you to their site. There is helpful information on there, but you can also join in the chat forum sometimes it helps talking to people who are in a similar situation to youself. I have made a few friends via this site and its good for us both to chat about how we are, what we are going through, the kind of day its been anything.
Take care of yourself and later today when I do my disstance healing I will be thinking of you.
