positive thoughts and healing on its way to all of you,if its any consolation as a mother of three daughters when they were 1415 they each went through a difficult patch,it will pass,just be there if she needs to talk,and let her know if she's not ready too talk thats ok too,i found beingout with them on there own whether it be shopping or just out in the car provided the perfect oppertunity for a chat,

Thank you all so very much for your replies it really has helped. I will certainly look for connextions and also get the recommended book. She is not doing anything so terrible but tyhey are so easily influenced at that age you just worry they go off down the wrong path so quickly. Good to hear other have been through it and came out the other end ok.

I can empathise with you i have a 14 year old stroppy teenagers have you thought of taking your daughter to counselling?.
its easier to speak to someone they dont know rather than yourself.
