There's a list of the places and a form to fill in for a downloadable voucher on the website -
Parking is free but you must display a copy of the downloaded voucher in your car.

There were boxes to check for being mailed - email and snaily - and for partners/associates to be given info. They also gave a link to the wherewithall to be removed from their lists, which I'm sure you don't need me to say is a legal requirement. All is therefore quite above board
