I keep it dry, and store it in those little plastic cups bicarb is sold in. I'm sure I've seen cream versions of the recipe but I can't remember what was in them.
Thanks Tapestry.
I've made some and have been using it for 4 days now! Wow, I am very impressed. I put in lemon oil and tea tree oil too and it smells lovely. Keeps me dry too and no smells.
I've tried all sorts of natural deodorants but I haven't had success with any of them, they are fine for some mild days but in hot weathers not very effective.
Really pleased to have this recipe, cheap too!
Update:
I have now been using this deodorant for nearly a month and I am very pleased with it. No smells, keeps me dry and the best bit is that finally I can use something that is effective and also has no horrible stuff in it, namely aluminium.
Thanks for the recommendations on here. I have just placed an order with Elexir Health for a few items.....never come across them before.
Onwards and Upwards!!!
Men Shave! then you dont have to worry about hairy underarms!! the deodorant will glide on easier too!
I use crystal spring rock deodorant from holland and barrett, but thinking of buying dr organic from the same shop they have different smells, tea tree, lavender and rose i think
