Is there not anything out there which is anti-perspirant aswell as anti-deodorant or is it the chemicals that add the former?
Perspi-rock was recommended to me, not yet tried, still using a crystal 🙂 x

It is natural for the body to perspire. Typically it takes the nasties to block up the pores in order to stop you perspiring and it is believed to be not just the chemicals, but the prevention of perspiration that could be the cause of health issues.
Not sure about perspi-rock, never heard of that one. Will have to go and check it out now... 😉

I've tried several, but found that most (and especially from the agave people) didn't work! However, I agree with everyone that PitRok is very effective. I didn't like the crystal much - you have to wet it and for men, with hairy armpits, it must be difficult. For me, the perfect solution was this natural spray deodorant - it doesn't last as long as the crystal, but I prefer it. I've found with my pit rok that i you run it under a tap as recommended, it lasts half as long and soon gets very brittle and fragile.
What my husband and I do is apply it after a shower to wet pits - alleviates hairy man problems, and also makes it last longer. Also, neither of us have dropped dead from not rinsing them regularly.
Just thought I'd put that tip out there for our fellow hairy pit rokkers...
