I have just bought a small compost bin ( I live in a flat), I did a google search and it led me to a website that allowed me to buy one for 6 pounds.
I had known about this because I had had a leaflet through my door advertising them but hadnt got round to it. Up here in Scotland the link is [link= http://www.wasteawarescotland.org.uk ]www.wasteawarescotland.org.uk[/link] I also bought one for my mum as well.
