Finally!!!! After trying to see this film twice at the cinema and it twice being sold out!! And (shame on me) buying a pirate copy in Thailand (which was absolutely ridiculously shot on a 45 degree angle!- that'll teach me but I did destroy it) I finally bought the DVD on Monday and watched it yesterday.

Wow, what a wonderful film, so vibrant, bright, colourful, beautifully shot and, of course it helps if you like ABBA. I unashamedly do so all in all, it really did it for me.

Yay:D

Love

I haven't seen this yet, but my dad loved it - which is a great recommendation as he can be a bit cantankerous ... will be buying the DVD 🙂

I've not been to the cinema since before I was married 30+ years :(. These day's the films are soon released on video/DVD or TV don't need to pay out for the cinema. But saying that I really wanted to see Mamma mia so pleased as punch it's now out on DVD, so it's now top of my Xmas list 😀

I thought it was OK, but didn't enjoy it that much. Mainly because the singing is terrible in it. :022:

May be if I watch it again, I may grow to like it more?
